Animals Divided After They Have Been Processed--Extra $25 Charge (NO EXCEPTIONS!)

Double Wrapping--Extra $0.50/lb. on processing

Make Burger Patties (3 patties in 1lb. package)--$1.00/lb.

 

Currently, we slaughter weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We will not be slaughtering during deer season. Therefore, our last kill date for the 2017 calendar year will be October 19th. We will resume our regular custom slaughter on January 2nd, 2018. Slaughtering is by appointment only! If you have to cancel your appointment, you must reschedule for the next available opening. Animals must be dropped off during business hours with the help of our staff, so that we can identify the ownership of the animal being slaughtered and receive cutting instructions on the carcass(s). Animals absolutely must be able to walk sufficiently on their own. Due to the design of our holding pens, we cannot accept longhorns to be slaughtered.
